The people behind the score.
Every number on your player's dashboard traces back to a coach who measured it, built the plan, and ran the reps. Here's who they are.
Ryan Dease
PitchingRyan Dease knows firsthand what it takes to compete at the highest levels of baseball. A standout pitcher from Central Florida, Ryan's talent and work ethic earned him selection in the 4th Round of the 2017 MLB Draft by the Texas Rangers, where he began his professional baseball career. Throughout his journey in professional baseball, Ryan developed a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and technical demands required to succeed against elite competition. When an injury ended his playing career earlier than expected, Ryan redirected his passion toward developing the next generation of athletes. Rather than stepping away from the game, he committed himself to helping young players reach levels he once pursued himself. Today, Ryan is one of Central Florida's most respected pitching instructors, founder of RAD Pitching, founder of the Central Florida Anglers Baseball Club, and Pitching Coach for the Leesburg Lightning collegiate summer baseball program. His training philosophy goes far beyond mechanics, emphasizing confidence, mental toughness, athletic movement, arm care, velocity development, and long-term player growth. Ryan's mission is simple: develop complete athletes, build confident competitors, and prepare players for success both on and off the field. "The goal isn't just to create better baseball players. It's to develop better competitors, leaders, and young men."
Elijah Cabell
HittingElijah Cabell has spent his entire baseball journey proving that elite performance is built through relentless work, explosive athleticism, and an unwavering commitment to development. A Central Florida native, Elijah emerged as one of the top prospects in the country while competing at TNXL Academy before earning a scholarship to play at Florida State University. During his time with the Seminoles, he became known as one of the most powerful hitters in college baseball, producing tape-measure home runs, earning ACC recognition, and establishing himself as a feared presence in the middle of the lineup. Following his collegiate career, Elijah was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 17th Round of the 2021 MLB Draft and went on to play professional baseball, competing against some of the game's top developing talent. Known throughout baseball circles as "CaBomb," Elijah built his reputation on explosive power, athletic performance, and a relentless approach to improvement. But beyond the statistics and accolades, his true passion lies in helping young athletes unlock their potential and develop confidence in themselves both on and off the field. Today, Elijah brings professional-level experience directly to the next generation through hitting instruction, athletic performance training, speed development, and mindset coaching. His philosophy centers around creating complete athletes — not just better hitters. Every lesson is designed to improve movement, confidence, discipline, and competitive toughness while helping players build skills that translate far beyond baseball. His mission is simple: help athletes maximize their God-given ability, develop confidence through preparation, and become the best version of themselves both on and off the field. "Talent opens doors. Development creates opportunities. Consistency creates success."
Coaching you can measure.
Every player starts with the DTP Assessment — 20+ real measurements — and every lesson afterward trains the gaps the numbers expose. The Dev Score shows the work paying off, re-tested every 8 weeks.
The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital.
