DTPDevelop The Player

New here?

Three steps to your first lesson. Five minutes from "just found this site" to a booked session — and you stay in control of everything your player sees and does.

Create your parent account

~1 minute

One account manages your whole family — every player, booking, and program in one place.

  • Create your login and a basic family profile: your name and email, plus a password. Add your mobile number if you want lesson updates by text.
  • You'll accept the Terms & liability waiver as part of signup — it covers every player you add.
  • Texting is opt-in: check the box only if you want lesson reminders by text (reply STOP anytime).
  • We send a confirmation email — verify it to unlock everything.

Add your player

~1 minute

Your player gets their own report card, Development Score, and — if you choose — their own kid-safe login.

  • In Settings, add your player's name, birth year, and position — you'll confirm you're their parent or guardian first (that's on purpose).
  • You set up your player's account. From your own login you create your child's profile and stay in control of it — a coach can help get you started, but it's not required.
  • Want your kid their own login? Ask your coach to switch one on — it's a friendly code plus a PIN, emailed to YOU, never to your kid. No email, no phone number, nothing personal from your child, ever.
  • Players see their own dashboard: stats, progress charts, coach notes, and assigned training. They're prompted to pick a new PIN on first sign-in.

Book your first lesson

~2 minutes

Pick a coach, pick a time. Your first session is the DTP Assessment — 20+ measurements that set your player's baseline.

  • Choose Coach Ryan (pitching) or Coach Elijah (hitting) and a time that works.
  • Every booking is a request the coach personally approves — you'll get an email (and a text, if you opted in) the moment it's confirmed.
  • Pay after approval: card or Cash App Pay online, or Venmo / Zelle / cash at the lesson.
  • If your player requests a lesson from their own login, nothing books until you approve it.

Built parent-first

Five minutes. That's the whole setup.

Account. Player. First lesson. Everything after that is development you can measure.
